Day 39 28/7/19 The North Wales Classic Car & Motorcycle
Show, Bodrhyddan Hall, Rhuddlan.
The North Wales section of the Alvis Owners Club had
organised to attend The North Wales Classic Car & Motorcycle Show at Bodrhyddan
Hall, Rhuddlan.

Entrance to Bodryddan Hall |

Impressive statue near entrance (unfortunately its a bit fuzzy, drivers fault not photographer) |
Unfortunately the weather was not conducive to a car show
however a good selection of vehicles attended, and Alvis put on a comprehensive
display. Any vehicle up to 2002 is eligible to enter plus one support vehicle
per 10 cars. We got in as the support vehicle although it was also Vauxhall-Opel Day at the event so we could have almost got away with our hire car with them. The field did start to
clear of exhibitors fairly early due to the rain.

One Alvis bids a hasty retreat, they did have a long way to go home |

He nearly missed the final judging of the award but
realised just in time. This was fortunate as he not only won the Most Cared for
